Lynn owns Ebb & Flow, a Carer Friendly candle and gift shop in Woodborough near Pewsey, Wiltshire. She is also a full-time Carer for her husband, who lives with Parkinson’s and dementia. When he became ill, Lynn stepped away from her corporate career to care for him, knowing she needed to protect her own mental health and wellbeing along the way.
Already drawn to holistic living and spiritual growth, Lynn poured her heart into creating a space that reflects calm, compassion and connection. Ebb & Flow is a true haven — a place where people are welcomed with open arms, invited to enjoy a coffee, have a chat, and feel supported. The shop is a natural extension of the online Parkinson’s support group Lynn runs, offering love, understanding and community.
At the heart of Ebb & Flow is a commitment to quality, environmentally friendly and vegan candles — beautiful to look at and kind to the planet. But the candles are just the beginning. Lynn now offers Reiki, meditation and spiritually inspired collections, including her much-loved Goddess range, all flowing from her own ongoing spiritual journey.
Lynn understands the challenges Carers face and offers a listening ear, a safe space, and gentle signposting to local and national Carer support organisations when needed.

Wiltshire Farm Foods has become the latest businesses to become Carer Friendly. They’re offering support and discounts to Carers on their Frozen Meal delivery service, to help you manage on those busy days!

Upcoming Online Carers ID Card Discovery Sessions
The next online Carers Card Discovery Sessions are taking place on the 24th February 2026 at 1.30pm and 6.30pm!
Feel free to join us and discover how to get and use the card, why it’s important, the exclusive benefits and discounts it offers and how we raise awareness of Carers in the community.
The presentation is for approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes questions and answers at the end.
