About Us

Our Values Shape Everything We Do

We create Carer Friendly Communities, places where Carers can achieve their potential in all areas of their life and work.

We place Carers, families and their networks at the heart of what we do, involving them and listening to their feedback.

We measure the impact of our support, so we know that our services are effective and valued.

We believe the best outcomes for Carers are achieved by working in partnership that can meet the varied needs of our diverse communities.

We seek to reduce inequality and through our work, we will leave the community and our planet in a better place.

Carer Friendly Wiltshire

We are commissioned by Wiltshire Council and BSW Integrated Care Board (ICB) to provide a digital support service for unpaid Carers and ex-Carers in Wiltshire, aged 10 years up to 100 years old. This support includes our award-winning Carers ID Card and Carer Friendly Community approach, to improve outcomes for Carers.

Carer Friendly In Your Area

Are you a local care provider or Commissioner of Carer Support services? Get in touch to find out how we can work together to make your area Carer Friendly. Whether you wish to block purchase the Carer Friendly ID card for registered Carers, are looking for an online support service, want to raise awareness and identify Hidden Carers or wish to train employers on how to help staff successfully balance work and care – we can help.

Our Impact

As a not-for-profit social enterprise we put people before profits – we reinvest 100% of any surplus into our social purpose to create Carer Friendly Communities, and we’re dedicated to making a measurable difference to the lives of the Carers we support.
