Voice it, Hear it

If you live with a long-term health condition that requires ongoing monitoring, care or support, your experiences can help shape the future of local health and care services.

Voice It, Hear It is inviting people across Wiltshire to share what life is really like living with a long-term health condition.

By taking part, you’ll help local organisations better understand what works well, the challenges people face and what support could make the biggest difference.

You can get involved by completing a short survey, emailing the team directly or inviting them to speak with your local community group. Every voice matters and your feedback will help improve services for people across Wiltshire.

To find out more or take part, scan the QR code on the poster, complete the online survey or email voice@communityfirst.org.uk.
