DESCRIPTION:This online course on 18th April at 10:00 am – 12:00 pm will help you to develop understanding of how to support your teen to develop their own strategies for well-being to help them to cope with life’s challenges. \nWhat you will learn:  \n\nIdentity how the brain is changing\nKnow how to help my teen to prioritise well-being\nKnow some techniques to improve well-being\nUnderstand the term ‘positive psychology’\n\nEntry Requirements: \nFamily and Community Learning courses are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
