DESCRIPTION:For parent carers of children/ young people with mental health needs. \nWhen your child is struggling with their mental health\, they can often feel completely alone. The ripple effect can leave us as parents feeling isolated\, ashamed\, or judged. \nParenting Mental Health is a charitable organisation that offers support and resources to help parents who are affected by the impact of their child’s mental health. Chat & Connect sessions are weekly informal online drop-in sessions where you can come and talk to other parents\, bring your worries\, bring your questions\, share your tips and wins and connect with others\, with people who get what you’re going through. \nThese sessions take place from Sunday 14 April 2024\, every week until Sunday 12th May 2024\,  9am-10am \nFind the joining links here.
